Be the miracle he/she is waiting for..

Dear friend,

It is a pleasure to share something to people like you who are truly committed to bringing hope to those in need.

As we look around and see the number of children living in poverty and exploitation, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged by the need. But, let me assure you that your act of kindness will definitely make a difference.

Here’s a small illustration that one small act of kindness will definitely make a difference.

One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean. He asked the boy, "What are you doing?" The boy replied, "Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die." "Son," the man said, "don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? What difference would you be able to make!"

After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said..."I made a difference for that one."

You too can do just that! Sponsor a child today and change the world of a child in need.. You will gift a child with a secure life and a bright future...one child at a time.

Kartavaya Sponsorship programme has made a difference in the lives of hundreds of children every year. Child Sponsorship directly benefits nearly 350 children in Dhanbad through access to education, health and clean drinking water .
For only Rs 12/- a day (mere amount to you but large amount to them ) you will help a needy child have access to education, good health and clean drinking water. The child's parents will also benefit through income generation schemes.

As a sponsor, you will receive a detailed profile of his/ her with a picture of the child along with a photo frame certifying that you had sponsored the child. You will also receive updates of your child's progress. What's more, you can write or even visit your child so that you can see for yourself the difference you are making.
So, go ahead and help a child in need.

With an appeal,
Shivam Kesari

Something to share

Greetings to all of u,

I have something to share with all of u. Last day while returning from kolkata by Coalfield express I got my seat in front of a fellow who was returning to asansol with his father.
That guy used to eat things and dump it under his seat, he did this almost 3 to 4 times and I decided that i will ask him to stop this the next time he do this again. But lacking in courage I can't. again he did the same thing and being frustrated about his behavior atlast I encouraged myself and asked him a question - " if he is sitting with his frnd in his home and both are eating something and his frnd used to dump wrappers and that sort of things near his sitting then what will be his reaction, he replied that he will ask him to throw them in the dustbin." Then I remimded him what he had done, astonishing my mind he didn't felt guilty for that but argued that he is doing a job which is not to worry as it is INDIA and here every things goes like that. He was a student of Asansol engg. college also his father supported him and argued that this type of system can't be changed, and its not going to work anymore and some more kinda stuff. But they standed on their view that they are not wrong. On request of her daughter we stopped the discussion. But after half n hour he ( father ) reliased that they were wrong and appreciated my view. after that we had some frndly discussion and he was very much impressed that we the young generation are going to change our lovely nation.

What I want to say that, before asking that person not to litter I was hesitating a lot but after I was being appreciated I felt ashamed that i must do the same thing when he littered for the first time.
Also I want to add that if u are going to ask some not to do some thing wrong then be polite, what I was, other wise the situation might become worse as I experienced it. Always try to change their mind. Also be ready that you are going to hear a lot from other but take it calmly with a smile on face. Now I am sure that those 3 person along with others who were parting us in the journey will also not do this ever.
I would also like to say that his father's profession is business but he told me that he also thought to come in politics but he can't. To this I replied with a gentle smile that everyone thinks but we are here to do, and greeted him bbye.

thanks

Indian security system.... are we safe??

Vande Mataram,

The day after huge amount of explosives was found at Kolkata railway station and on the day of Pune blast I was travelling in Kolkata by metro rail. There is a formality to check the luggage by security personal. My bag was also checked, but it was seen only from top and didn't intend to check it thoroughly.
I questioned them why they searched only top and not beneath the luggage, I may carry some suspicious things which might be anything. You can't imagine their reply, they said almost "ok fine! what will you do just you can kill some person and nothing more than that , go and do it how much luggage will I check." And they leaved me. I asked this question at 3 place and almost same reply I got. I knew about the Bomb planting at kolkata station and pune blast later when I returned home in the evening, and then I didn't care how these had happened when there are these kind of security personnels and then I became ready that I am going to be next victim at any place.
So, just think how easier is planting a bomb in India, anyone can do it if he is courageous and highly confident and didn't hesitate infront of security personnels.

Jai Hind !
